  18.                  AMERICA SOON TO BE DISARMED?
  19.  
  20. The American Bar Association sent out a letter to all registered
  21. attorneys that arrived Friday, 22 October. The letter said that the
  22. ABA had met in New York City and unanimously decided to support a
  23. TOTAL BAN ON ALL FIREARMS, EXCEPT THOSE USED BY POLICE AND THE
  24. MILITARY. The Los Angeles Times and other major media followed suit.
  25. Remember U.S. State Department publication 7277, "The United States
  26. Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World."
  27. Page 10 states:
  28.  
  29.   "The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited, except for
  30.    those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the United
  31.    Nations Peace Force and those required to maintain internal
  32.    order. All other armaments would be destroyed ...."
  33.  
  34. As you are reading this, the United States Congress is deciding on
  35. several momentous motions. Action is expected on the Brady bill,
  36. Clinton's Crime bill, the Crime Control Act of 1993, and the
  37. Protection Against Terrorism Act of 1993. All of these bills have
  38. one target -- disarming the American People! Recall the words of
  39. Hillary Clinton:
  40.  
  41.   ".... tax directly the purveyors of violence."
  42.  
  43. And Bill Clinton:
  44.  
  45.   "This effort against crime will not be complete if we do not
  46.    eliminate assault weapons."
  47.  
  48. Ms. Brady is on record with this politically correct proclamation:
  49.  
  50.   "Our task of creating a socialist America can only succeed when
  51.    those who would resist us have been totally disarmed."
  52.  
  53. I mentioned months ago that the tax on Federal Firearms Licenses,
  54. guns and ammunition would skyrocket. Look for a ten-fold increase in
  55. FFLs, and a 25 percent increase in gun-related items. This will be
  56. justified as a contribution toward Clinton's Health Care Plan.
  57.  
  58. Clinton's Crime Bill, sponsored by Joe Biden in the Senate and Jack
  59. Brooks in the House of Representatives, calls for a national police
  60. force and "SHOCK INCARCERATION PROGRAMS" for young first-time
  61. offenders. The bill numbers are S1488 and HR3131. There are three
  62. versions of the Brady Bill (S414, HR277 and HR1025). The Crime
  63. Control Act (S8) is sponsored by Senator Orrin Hatch, and proposes
  64. fifty new reasons for which an American citizen can be PUT TO DEATH.
  65. IT NULLIFIES MOST OF OUR BILL OF RIGHTS! For example: property
  66. forfeitures, arrests, fines and prison terms can result from
  67.  
  68.   ".... activities which APPEAR to be intended toward violence."
  69.  
  70.   [JD: Just traveling to a range to fire one's pistol would probably
  71.    be considered as a violation of the Crime Control Act.]
  72.  
  73. Distribution of this newsletter could qualify [in their definition
  74. of a criminal offense]. Senator Strom Thurman introduced [presumably
  75. in the Senate] a license to steal [act], which makes it legal for
  76. the Federal Government to take your home and everything else you
  77. have, if your home is tainted by a planning meeting that violates
  78. the statute.

  80.   [JD: And the factuality of the meeting will not stand in the way
  81.    of their false charges against you. They create their own facts.]
  82.  
  83. For example, if a "pro-life" rally results in blocking access to
  84. public abortion clinics -- you lose! The Government confiscates your
  85. property first, without your being tried or adjudicated guilty.
  86.  
  87. Attorney-General Janet Reno & Company are spurting out statistics
  88. over the [corporate] mass media. The best source of information
  89. comes from a professor of Police Science at Florida State
  90. University. Dr. Gary Kleck presents the most comprehensive study on
  91. guns and violence in America ever assembled. His 512-page work,
  92. POINT BLANK, isn't cheap at $59.95, but it is packed with explosive
  93. facts to blow the Government's attack on our Second Amendment out of
  94. the water.

  96. Kleck compares apples to apples, whereas the [corporate] U.S.
  97. Government and the [corporate] Establishment mass media use mixed
  98. and incomplete data to deceive the public. The [corporate] major
  99. mass media is flooding its print and electronic outlets with the
  100. statistic:
  101.  
  102.   "If you have a gun in your home, you are three times more likely
  103.    to be killed."
  104.  
  105. TRUTH: 1,200,000 Americans use firearms each year to thwart criminal
  106. attempts on their persons and on their properties.
  107.  
  108. [corporate] MEDIA HYPE:
  109.   "Japan has far fewer homicides per year than the United States
  110.    because Japan has an absolute ban on handguns."
  111.  
  112. TRUTH: The people in Japan have a gun murder rate that is 2.3 times
  113. higher than that of Japanese people who live in America amidst two
  114. hundred million firearms.
  115.  
  116. JANET RENO RHETORIC:
  117.    Guns are the problem. Get rid of the guns and violence will
  118.    decline.
  119.  
  120. TRUTH: Evanston, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago) passed a ban on
  121. handgun possession the same time that Kennesaw, Georgia (an Atlanta
  122. suburb) passed a law requiring each household to have at least one
  123. gun available. During that exact same period, Evanston experienced
  124. increases in all three categories of violent crime involving guns.
  125. Kennesaw recorded an 89 percent decrease in these same areas of
  126. murder, armed robbery, and aggravated assault.
  127. The Orlando, Florida Police trained 2,500 women in the use of
  128. handguns, and realized an 88 percent decrease in rape. It is a
  129. recorded fact that robbery and assault victims who used guns to
  130. resist were less likely to be attacked or to suffer injuries than
  131. those who used any other methods of self-defense, or than those who
  132. did not resist at all.

  134. REMEMBER THE A-B-Cs OF A NATION'S ENSLAVEMENT:
  135.   (A) Register All Persons (Clinton's 332 billion dollar compulsory
  136.       National "Healthcare" Security System),
  137.   (B) Disarm the Population (the 1993 Crime Control Act, and the
  138.       1993 Protection Against Terrorism Act),
  139.   (C) Control the Nation's Currency (coming soon: funny money).
